PREPAID LESSONS AND CASH IN CAR PAYMENTS
The initial lesson, when booked with iQ Driving School, requires prepayment. To ensure the lesson's confirmation and to receive the instructor's commitment, prepayment must be completed at least 48 hours in advance. Payment options will be through bank transfer. This arrangement not only enhances the security and protection for both the pupil and the instructor.
Following the first lesson, the payment method for subsequent lessons can be mutually agreed upon with the instructor to accommodate both parties' preferences. These options may include bank transfers, or in-car cash payments.
LESSON CANCELLATIONS
We adopt a very strict 72 hour notice cancellation policy. Lessons cancelled without giving such notice will be charged at the full lesson price for the full duration of the lesson.
Our instructors will try their utmost best to provide more than 48 hours’ notice before cancelling any lesson however will hold no responsibility if this is not possible.

REFUND POLICY
iQ Driving School upholds a straightforward refund policy and is committed to issuing refunds for unused lessons without unnecessary complications. When a block of lessons is purchased, charges are calculated at the standard hourly lesson rate, and any remaining balance is promptly refunded. For instance, if you buy 10 hours and use only 4, you will be billed for the 4 hours at the regular lesson rate, and the surplus amount will be refunded to you.
To request a refund, please send an email to our designated email address. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment card. While our goal is to process refunds promptly, please allow for a maximum processing time of up to 14 working days.
It's essential to note that the above refund policy does not extend to any intensive courses that have been booked. Refunds will not be granted for these courses under any circumstances, including situations involving booked tests.
Moreover, in all situations, the instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of the training vehicle if they believe the pupil is not yet at the required test standard. This determination is entirely at the discretion of our DVSA registered instructor.
DRIVING LESSONS, PACKAGES & Mock Tests
Each customer is eligible for only one introductory offer. The lesson duration will initiate upon the driving instructor's arrival at the designated pickup point. In the case of intensive packages, a minimum of 3-hour lessons is required, unless otherwise agreed upon at the instructor's discretion. Additionally, it's advisable to reserve some hours for the day of your test (we recommend allocating at least 3 hours). If no hours are set aside for use on your test day, these will need to be purchased separately.
COMPLAINTS /DISPUTES
No complaints will be accepted over the telephone. All complaints must be made in writing to our helpful and dedicated complaints department: complaints@iqdrivingschool.co.uk. We aim to respond to all complaints within 72 hours.
INTRODUCTORY OFFER
Only one introductory offer is available per customer. Introductory offers are only available to provisional license holders. All non-provisional license holders will be charged at their standard hourly rate.
